Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service amount.
NO-SHOWS: No-show’s will be charged 50% of scheduled service amount and be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from your next appointment, in order to rebook.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to rebook.
WEDDINGS: Deposits are due in full 30 days before the event and are non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS.
